Weight Loss and The Weakest Form Of Power

When looking to take on a new opportunity, don’t let the weakest form of power take over.

What is the weakest form of power?

The word “no”.  When you say no to opportunity, you don’t take risks.  When you don’t take risks or step out of your comfort zone, you won’t reveal your weaknesses.  You know, the ones like….

  • Laziness
  • Lack of Discipline
  • Procrastination

Those things that we don’t like about ourselves.  However, if we don’t confront our weaknesses, we can never grow.

In my opinion, we should look for every opportunity possible to step out of our comfort zone and grow….a little each day because if we are not growing, we are shrinking….and if we are shrinking, then right now is the best that we will ever get out of life….without conciously growing and challenging ourselves we will never experience our true power!

I’m definitely interested in finding out more info on this weight-loss plan. I’ve been trying to get rid of about 20 extra pounds I’ve taken on over the last 4 years. I’ve recently lost about 6 pounds and now I’m stuck. Could use some help, group thing might be fun. Something I’ve never tried yet 🙂

    You are ON Dr Price!
My problem is I have no will power. French Fries taste good and if I am tempted I can not resist. That is all there is to it. So I try to stay away from them. I try to keep bad foods out of my house because I know I have NO will power.
I wish that I could substitute exercise for food. Now that my back is better I may be able to work up to more exercise. Water aerobics again today. Thankfully I could leave school in time to make class. 🙂
Thank you for helping me make my back better! Still level 2-3 today.

  3. I totally understand about will power. I am going to a video tomorrow on a technique that I learned from Anthony Robbins years ago that makes situations like what you described easier to handle without the use of will power….tune in tomorrow
