Way of Being #2- Confident and Certain

Hello Everyone,

One trait that you will notice that almost all happy, healthy, and successful people have is that they are Certain.

This is definately way of being number 2, being “Certain and  Confident”.

We are all put here for a reason.  In my opinion there are no wasted lives.  Everyone of us has a purpose to serve.  A lot of us get caught up in the day to day activities or in our past and we go through life thinking that what we do doesn’t really matter.

When you feel like what you do doesn’t really matter, then you don’t have value for yourself and without value for yourself, you have no confidence or certainty, which could lead to you doing things in your daily activities that “don’t really matter.”  (A self fulfillng prophecy)

You do matter.  And there are talents that you have that are unique to you.  Tallents that if you utilize with confidence and certainty could change the lives of your family, friends and acquaintances.

Since our forum here is primarily health related, what types of thought processes or self talk may indicate that you are not living in certainty, with regards to your health?

1.  It is not worth it for me to take a good quality wholefood supplement-  I can get it at walmart for less than 1/2 the cost.
2.  I can’t take the time for myself to start a regular exercise program.
3.  I can’t afford the extra cost of eating organic foods or taking the time to cook nutritious meals.
4.  I can’t afford the time or the cost of getting regular body work done (Chiropractic adjustments and Massage Therapy).
5.  I have to stay on facebook and stay caught up, even if it costs me health building time and sleep. (or whatever your electronic addiction is- we all have them)

All of the above thought processes are the habit of taking your power and giving it away to someone or something else.  Our body is our temple, and our vehicle for helping us deliver our value to the world.

Be certain and confident that you are important…that you have something valuable to give to the world.  Take care of your body. Keep it healthy so that you can deliver your purpose and change the lives of those around you.
