What Is The Best Way To Sleep? (Part 1)

Hello Everyone,

So ideally we should be sleeping 6-8 hours per night.

If you are following these recommendations, then you are spending up to 1/3 of your life in bed.  If you live 72 years that is 24 years that you will spend in your bed.

I would say that it is important that you do it right…wouldnt you.

So what is the right way to sleep and what is the best bed and pillow?  These are the questions that I will answer in this article.

First of all, what is the best bed out there?  In my opinion there is a very clear winner.  I do not want to turn this article into an advertisement so if you want to call the office for the product details, please feel free to do so, but I will tell you that Kelly and I use this bed and absolutely love it.

I will tell you the qualities of the bed that we use, so even if your are not interested in our particular brand, you can look for these qualities:

1.  Provides personalized support in the areas where you need it- Memory foam typically is the best material that I have found to achieve this goal.

2.  Made of non toxic products- The major memory foam manufacturer out there is 25-40% more expensive than the bed I recommend and they use petroleum derivatives in their products, these derivatives have caused negative health effects on many people.  The product that we use is a “green” product so it is good for the envrioment and good for you.

3.  Sleeps cool.  A lot of memory foam matresses trap your body heat to help soften the foam so it will form to your body.  Unfortunately this can make for an uncomfrotable nights sleep due to the heat that is retained in the mattress.

4.  Money back guarantee.  Some people just cannot adapt to sleeping on a memory foam bed, or just dont like them (I couldnt stand them until I found our bed) so you must have the ability to return the bed without hassle or great expense.

There are a lot of bed companies out there and a lot of different types of beds to choose from.  If you follow the above quality check you will be able to find the bed that is right for you.
